- How long does my order take?
All products are made to order.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days. After that, shipping times apply depending on your location.
Estimated delivery:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
- Why is my order not shipped immediately?
We do not hold inventory.
Each product is created specifically for you after purchase. This allows us to maintain quality and reduce unnecessary waste.
- Can I return or exchange my product?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no cost.
- What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
