Padel Tee is a brand operated by Fellmont Holdings LLC.

At Padel Tee, every product is made especially for you once you place your order. This allows us to offer unique, high-quality pieces while avoiding unnecessary waste.

Because of this, we do not operate like traditional retail stores with mass inventory and standard returns.

However, we are fully committed to making sure you receive your order in perfect condition.

  1. Our Return Policy

All sales are final. Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

We strongly recommend reviewing sizing guides and product details before placing your order.

  1. If Something Arrives Wrong (We’ve Got You Covered)

Even though our production and shipping partners maintain very high quality standards, we understand that mistakes can occasionally happen.

If your product arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • With a printing error
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

👉 Don’t worry — we will take care of it.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

To process your request, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Attach clear photos showing the issue

We will review your case and coordinate directly with our production partner (Printful) to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We work with trusted production and shipping partners who follow strict quality control processes.

Each product is carefully printed, inspected, and packaged before shipping.

Because of this, issues are rare — but if they happen, we respond.

  1. Shipping and Delivery Issues

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by external carriers.

Padel Tee is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Customs delays or additional fees

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

If your package is lost in transit (not delivered), we will assist you in opening a claim.

  1. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct shipping details
  • Selecting the correct size and product options

Orders with incorrect information may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  1. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Since our process begins quickly after purchase, cancellation requests are usually not possible.
